What should we expect during setup?
Setup is fast for approved teams. You install the integration, confirm repository access, and then checks appear as beta approval is activated for your organization.
Why does Latchpoint ask for repository permissions?
Permissions are requested only for required integration behavior in supported repos. Access can be adjusted or revoked by repository or organization admins.
Is Latchpoint a replacement for code review?
No. Teams should continue normal engineering review practices. Latchpoint is a guardrail layer that supports quality and policy expectations alongside human review.
Are there beta constraints?
Yes. Friends beta is allowlist-based and capacity-limited. Some installs may be pending approval even after the GitHub App is connected.
